Privacy Policy for Q Agro Empaque

1. Scope and controller

This policy explains how Quantus TI processes personal and operational data when you use Q Agro Empaque on Android, iOS, or the web. Quantus TI is responsible for the processing described in this policy. For privacy questions, contact us at info@quantusti.com.

2. Data we process

  • Account data, including name, email address, user identifier, authentication provider, company membership, role, and profile image when provided.
  • Operational data entered by authorized users, such as company, personnel, inventory, field, machinery, accounting, packing, quality, traceability, notes, and support-request information.
  • Optional precise location data when you grant location permission or save map points, plots, or operational locations.
  • Optional files and images that you choose to upload, such as profile or business images.
  • Subscription and entitlement information needed to provide the plan purchased through Google Play or another supported store.
  • Usage, diagnostic, crash, device, and installation identifiers used to improve reliability and understand app use.

3. How we use data

We use this data to authenticate users, provide and secure app features, store and display company records, manage roles and subscriptions, process support requests, diagnose failures, and improve performance. We do not sell personal data or use it to display third-party advertising.

4. Service providers

We use service providers that process data on our behalf to operate the service, including Firebase Authentication, Realtime Database, Storage, Analytics, and Crashlytics; Google Maps; RevenueCat; and the applicable app store billing service. These providers process data to deliver authentication, storage, maps, diagnostics, analytics, subscription, and payment-related functionality.

5. Security and retention

Data is transmitted using encrypted connections. We retain account and operational data while the relevant account or organization uses the service, unless deletion is requested or retention is required for security, fraud prevention, legal, tax, accounting, or regulatory obligations.

6. Request account and data deletion

You may request deletion of your Q Agro Empaque account and associated personal data without signing in to the app. Send a request from the email address associated with the account, include the account email and company name if known, and use the subject “Account deletion request”. We may verify your identity and authority before processing the request, especially when deleting data that belongs to a shared company account.

Request account deletion

Canceling an app-store subscription may be required separately to stop future store billing. Subscription cancellation does not by itself delete your account or operational records.

7. Changes to this policy

We may update this policy when the service or applicable requirements change. The current version is published at this public URL.
